Shipping policies

We always dispatch your orders through a reputed logistics partner so that you will find the best delivery services within the given period of time.

Usually, we ship your orders within 24 hours of receiving the order and the process of reaching your doorstep takes 3 to 7 working days. If the customers not able to receive the order within the given period of time can report their request on our website within 30 days from the date of order shipping, no complaints after 30 days will be entertained.

247EDPILLS always inform you the report of your order via Email or SMS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMA and an Email that will mention all detail of shipping including receipt of payment.

Return Policies 

247EDPILLS always deliver high-quality products and we hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered products due to any reason than one can return the same in its original condition by informing us within 25 days of receiving the product.

Also, if an ever transported product has any manufacturing fault or has any difference from the product selected in order then you can return it in its original condition by informing us along with product photos within 7 days of receiving the product. Our quality team checks the product and if the product passes our quality team then we will refund the payment in your bank account or add the paid value to customer wallet. 

Normally return process will take 7 to 10 working days and in that case, we arrange a reverse pick-up for your order. But in case your area does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re pick- up and delivery then you have to ship it from your end.

If you had placed an order by selecting COD (Cash on Delivery) option, there is no amount to refund as you haven’t paid any payment for that. If you had made the payment during the order process then we will add the paid order value to customer bank account or wallet within a few working days.

Cancellation or Modification

Customer can cancel their order only before we have processed your order. For order cancellation, you can contact our customer support service or mail a cancellation request. If the order is already processed for shipping then we won’t able to cancel it.
